NO. If there is a problem with the order, yes, but otherwise I cannot except returns.

Go to "contact us" page, you find my email address. Email me all information needed to make your item.

What can I alter on a premade design?
You can alter text color and words(ie what you want it to say). Im always willing to work with you.

How do you come up with the price?
Price depends on how many pieces of transfer paper i have to use (it's expensive for me), how many tshirts, and what type of tshirt(fitted or regular). Also, it depends on how complicated the design is(i put a lot of work into the designs).
